On site PLC replacement for the Tobacco Industry

With this service we can upgrade the outdated, and no longer supportable Klockner Moeller PS24 and PS316 series of PLCs with the latest Siemens S7-300 series. These PLCs are found in the majority of Hauni anciliary machines such as HCF, Magomat, Filtromat and tobacco Tipper/Feeders.

We can also upgrade from the equally unsupported Siemens S5 series of PLCs to the appropriate S7 version.

This service is performed on your own site and can be done 'in situ', meaning minimum out of service time for the said machines.

Upgrades can be planned around planned maintenance schedules meaning little, or no loss of production due to the upgrade.

Siemens touch panel displays can be added for visualisation purposes, downtime and production data, and the adjustment of basic machine parameters.
